Who Takes Property Photos? Owner or Agent?

Question

I’m about to put my house on the market, do I have to take the photos of my property myself? Or is this something my estate agents will come round to do? I have a few photos of the rooms but they don’t look as good as the pictures you see in estate agents windows or online.

Answer

Yes, most estate agents should offer this service free of charge.

Some even offer professional photography options. Though it is likely that if you do choose the professional photography option that they offer there will be a fee involved, so make sure you find out the fee before agreeing to the professional photographs.

Literally with a few minutes I received several messages about providing quotes for my move.
