Martin was fantastic from start to finish from Comms to on the day, as was Gary and Joe - we did a big move from reading area all in one day packing and unpacking and they were genuinely fantastic

They were good humoured and worked really hard to solve the promlem they found. Would use again.

Martin was easy to contact and helpful all the way. We had part pack which was done to a good standard and was made to feel easy on moving day. Slight snag with lorry capacity was handled smoothly. Would definitely use again.

Martin was quick to respond to my initial enquiry and to provide a quote following his visit. He was always contactable if I had any questions leading up to the move and was quick to provide materials once a moving date was arranged. He did everything he said he would at the time he said he would do it. The move took 2 days and the team were great at both the old and new house. All furniture that was dismantled was reassembled brilliantly and we did not have a single breakage or and damages. compared to other quotes I received Martin kept everything simple and there were no hidden charges or penalty clauses for late keys etc. The terms and conditions were simple and we did not need to list items out which is what some other companies wanted.

Really smooth process from start to finish. The quote was thorough and included everything (no hidden extra charges like some firms) and was still the most competitive. We packed ourselves and received the boxes in plenty of time (next time we'll ask Anna-T to pack for us to save the stress!). On the day they arrived on time and the team worked really hard and carefully to pack everything into the vans. They were also very patient with us as we still had things to pack on the morning (see earlier comment about getting them to pack next time!). Unpacked everything carefully including putting furniture back together, also found a way after much head scratching to get the very large table tennis table through the house into the back garden! Thanks to Anna-T the removals was the least stressful part of a very stressful day. Would highly recommend this friendly, fun and helpful team. 5 stars.

Martin and his team moved us out of a 3 bed flat to a 4 bed house in March 2020. They were incredibly efficient and professional throughout. They did a great job moving our possessions and dismantling and rebuilding our furniture, nothing was broken during the process. On top of that they were cheerful, chatty and made a stressful experience actually quite fun. I would highly recommend Anna-T removals!
