Excellent all through (and not finished yet as in storage). Every communication - from initial contact, scheduling appointment, agreeing date has been prompt, professional, helpful, courteous. They called the morning of the move to confirm when arriving. The staff who arrived on moving day really helped keep things calm. Careful, professional, friendly. Hard to imagine finding a better removal company. Thoroughly recommended
