Really excellent service - Ian was extremely thorough and informative when working out the full size of the job and the timing. This gave me lots of confidence that everything would go well. Then on the day the lads on the van were great, very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful, even moving some things back from upstairs into the garage when we'd given them the wrong instructions. Couldn't find a single fault with anything, and would highly recommend Roman Removals to anyone.

Chris & Alex from Roman Removals were great. Highly professional, efficient and friendly. Moving home can be a stressful time but our actual moving day was anything but. This was entirely down to Alex and Chris. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent service, the two lads who helped us move arrived promptly at 9am and had us into the new property just after 1pm. They placed everything where we wanted and nothing was damaged. They easily took one wardrobe apart and rebuilt it to a better standard than before!

Ian and the team that moved on the day were brilliant. Very helpful. Would use them again. And more of a comment not a complaint - it would be good if as a removal firm they came up with an idea about how to move a customer in to a new home when the weather is bad. Moving into a house with brand spanking new (very light!) carpets, was a major cause of worry on moving day as the rain just poured down. Although the team had a few blankets with them, in the main there wasn't an overall amount of concern shown for keeping them clean & tidy. I know there are H&S requirements to abide by but as someone who has just spend hundreds of thousands of pounds on a new house will attest, it's just as important to keep the new place intact as it is the furniture that is being moved into it. I was grateful to have a whole host of spare packaging that I could lay down through the house to help protect the flooring.

Ian was a super star from start to finish. We had an awkward move with the moving date being sprung upon us out of no where by our buyer. Ian bent over backwards to accommodate us twice (as the buyer changed the dates twice within a space of two days...). Ian was brilliant and juggled things round so that he could get us the vans and people power to move us. The guys who turned up on the moving day were equally brilliant, very efficient, cheery and nothing was too much trouble. All in all excellent service and a great price, highly recommended - would definitely use again.

Ian and his team at Roman Removals provided an excellent service for what ended up being a pretty challenging move. They were extremely flexible in the run-up to the move and, on the day, were really professional. I'm a game designer by trade and own a lot of rare and unusual items, but both Chris and Alex understood their value and took extra care to ensure that the really valuable items were well looked after. I hope I don't have to move again any time soon but, if I did, I would definitely choose Roman Removals.

Absolutely fantastic, speedy and very friendly service could not rate Roman Removals highly enough. They made what could have been a difficult moving day so easy and stress-free - unbelievably good service!

They were brilliant. When it all went wrong about three days before we were due to move out Ian arranged storage. This he did without causing me any stress (this had been done by my solicitor). He just gave me a solution for every problem someone else caused. The two lads who came to do the removals, Chris and Phil, were top notch. Nothing was too much trouble. How they filled their truck was worth watching alone, they must be world class tetris players. They showed the utmost care and respect for our stuff, even though some of it is not in the best of conditions. They left no mess and were polite and happy throughout both removals. They made sure everything was where we wanted it and offered to move things before they left. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. They really give value for money.
