The owner of the company Ian was great our removals were not streight forward and on the day of complition we had not exchanged! But Ian was still willing to do the removals. Van was far to small it would have saved time and my money if the van had been bigger as with all house moves when purchasing a property, it quite often happens that the contract and key exchange dont happen until the last minute, if the van had been larger less journeys would have been made, less time waiting around doing nothing therefore sticking to original estimate.The removal men worked hard i must say but then that is why i hired a removal firm in the first place.I also asked for receipts but to date have not recieved them.

Roman Removals were utter stars. I booked at the last minute in a real flap and they sorted everything. The guys loaded up both carefuly and quickly and the whole move was so much faster and easier than I had antisicipated - I highly recommend them.

I found Ian to be very reassuring as I am registered blind and he was very considerate and safety conscious. He confirmed the removal by phone the night before and arrived exactly when he said he would which helped to ease a stressful time. He was extremely pleasant and cheerful even though I was feeling uptight about the move and his attitude helped to calm my worries.

I found reallymoving.com's service helpful and easy to use. Britannia Bradshaw did email and phone me but were way too expensive. I think Prestige had an OK price but were based in Wrexham and I thought this was too far away. What if they broke down on the way? If they were at all late I would have been a total nervous wreck. I found Roman Removals incredibly professional, patient (we were packing to the very end!), careful with our prized possessions and considerate. The two lads who moved us (Matt & Adrian) were worth their weight in gold. Ian, who runs the Company, is so organised with his packing kits (boxes, tape, bubble wrap) and storage ability. He met me beforehand with a packing kit and to reassure me that we were in safe hands and would be given the best service, which we were. As a lone (female) parent I have found this awfully stressful and Ian and his team made the best of a very long, hard day. We only brewed up once! as we had packed the mugs and coffee away but no complaints. Nothing was broken at all. The sofa castors were dismantled but reassembled and all furniture and boxes (and us) have been treated with great respect. I would highly recommend Roman Removals to every one and if I ever move again would not hesitate to contact them. They are brilliant, calm and know exactly what they are doing.

Ian the owner of the company is very nice and polite and professional also they were Fantastic the two men that came round Matt & Adrian I think there names were. They were very professionals, courteous, & very quick. They dismantled 2 very large wardrobes and rebuilt them as again in record time. I did not have any breakages and they took great care with my belongings I would recommend Roman Removals to anyone & this is the second move that they have carried out for me and would definitely use them again. For what they did it was very good value for money. I have used man and van before however after I used Roman Removals I would never use anyone else. Thanks Ian
