Good communication prior to move and WhatsApp video call to confirm quote (walk around of house). Didn't receive a comprehensive list, like other companies with the quote detailing large items etc but thought nothing of it as had pointed these out during the call. Quote doesn't tell you how many men or vans. Called to check, told 2 vans. On the day only one came and the older man of the two was clearly expecting a different job. He walked around tutting, shaking his head and refused to take items (mountain bike, garden bench). We had already loaded our vehicles with sentimental items and camping (campervan) but had to make room. The younger man was much more amenable and polite. It was two trips, because of one van and constant asking when we would get keys (something beyond our control), but we had them by 1pm. My husband helped significantly with unloading and they were away by 4pm. Although pleased we used removals as I cannot lift our furniture, we feel quote information should be clearer so that customers and removal men have the same information. Emailed annabelle day of move because of the awkward atmosphere but no response.
