The guys who moved us were very careful and helpful. It was clear they had good experience, knew how to organise themselves and our stuff - we felt in safe hands. They were also very jolly and positive about our new place - very welcome on a stressful day!

Very good communication when planning. Possibility to have an option to use storage if needed was very useful. Very careful, friendly and efficient staff. Would recommended it.

We had 2 pick ups to do before the final drop off and parking at all of them could be really tricky, but I like to move it move it were great! They found places to park and made short work of all the stuff we had and did it in a shorter time than first thought. We used their 2 men with a van on an hourly rate, and it worked really well. Jamie was particularly great, a complete machine, all the stairs didn't faze him and he just got the job done! They were careful with all the stuff, cheerful and polite. Next time we move we will definitely use these guys again.

Yes , please advise companies which has taken business seriously. I got hardly service ( had to ask pack materials which were not delivered on time on agreed date) from the company chosen and put me under high stress. Price was not the same as quoted. Paid extra to have completed the job they started. This company quoted and changed the quote although it should be valid at that time as 28 days but they changed.I should have understood something was wrong! And then we agreed and they were late with pack material delivery which gave me high stress and then they asked extra money on removing day which was not a surprise for me for such company! Horrible experience ! Never ever use such websites again for removal!
Dear Customer, Many thanks for your feedback. We appreciate all positive and negative feedback as it helps us to grow and improve as a company. As we have already clarified to you all quotes are subject to availability of dates and any special requirements you may wish to add. As per your requirement and agreement there was an extra porter added for £35 to the service for the complexity of the move. We also discussed adequate parking (maximum of 20 meters away from the front door of the Property) would be required at both properties in order to prevent extra charges. Unfortunately a parking was not secured for us, leaving us to park 60 meters away from the property causing an increase of 2.5hrs to complete the move. In this case we advised of the extra charge, which you understood and agreed at the time. We understand the day of the move is a very stressful time, hence as a team we do our best to avoid unnecessary extra charges where possible. This is why we provided you with the following extras and changes for no extra cost; *disassembly and removal of an additional 3 wardrobes (this cost was waived). *Over 40 mins waiting time, in order to be granted access to the property on the day of the move (as per the contract key holding time would incur additional charges however this was waived). We do not wish to surprise our clients on the day of the move as long as there is no significant change to the itinerary of the move, from when the quote was initially provided. We make sure our survey is very thorough and transparent providing you with a comprehensive quote enabling you to adjust according to your needs. We also appreciate feedback on the day of the move and were delighted to hear from the crew of your approval and full satisfaction of the service. It is however unfortunate to receive feedback stating otherwise.
