I needed to move towards the end of June, approaching the cut off for the Stamp Duty holiday, and the moving industry was incredibly busy. With the chain taking its time to actually exchange contracts, it was quite late before I was able to book the service. With lots of firms already booked on that day, UKMover managed to arrange a removal slot for me (they were also very busy, but I understand they brought in additional porters and vans to help us). Communication was clear and prompt before hand and the guys on the day were really great - friendly, helpful, and always had the attitude of trying to make things work and find solutions, with a can-do attitude (it wasn't clear at the start if there would be enough room in the vans for our stuff, but they worked hard to get everything in rather than just not bother and say there wasn't space). There was of course a premium on the price paid, because of the unprecedented demand and lack of available porters&vans, but thats how market dynamics work, so to be expected.

I could not have asked for a more professional team, courteous team. All of whom have a ‘Can do’ attitude. My move was done at the time agreed and delivered promptly. We used UK Mover for our move, they arrived on time and were very professional. The service we received was excellent they got on with the job without any issues. They dismantled some furniture and installed in our new property. We had 5 staff move us in 3 vans and the care they take throughout was excellent. My wife dealt with arranging the move to them and every time we needed to contact them they very always there. We have and will always recommended. Excellent service with an excellent price. There is not much to say really, the guys turned up on time and all in uniform, clean vehicle which was bigger than I expected. Everything was loaded swiftly and I watched a guy even wrap my sofa cousions!! I was expecting a half cut company for the price but I was blown away with the service these guys provided. I can not say a bad word as they were GREAT and I will certainly be recommending them again. I am happy to recommend them.
