Building Surveys
Of the house surveys available, the Building Survey is the most detailed assessment of the structural components of a property. The report will give recommendations for further investigation if required.
This house survey is suggested for properties that are:
- Large
- Old
- Unusually constructed
- Renovated or extended
If there are particular aspects that are of concern to the client, these can be integrated into the survey of the property.
HomeBuyer Reports
The HomeBuyer Report is less in-depth than the Building Survey, but it will give a good indication of the structural condition of the property and suggest the immediate problems and the approximate price of repair.
All visible parts of the building will be reported on.
We specialise in producing high quality reports with a quick turnaround. We aim to inspect the property within 48 hours of an appointment and return the report within 3 days for the Homebuyers Report and 5 days for the Building Surveys.
We can also carry out a service for Party Wall Awards, Boundary Disputes and Lease Extensions Valuations.
