The document can be used as a record of the works done to the property updated by us as they are carried out. When you come to sell, the prospective purchaser can see what the recommendations were and that you have carried out these works, providing a pre-sale guide to the condition of your property.
If serious structural problems exist in the property when we visit site, we will try to contact you immediately to advise you of them. If you choose to withdraw your offer at that time, no fees will be charged by us.
