Dean was incredibly fast and reliable. He was also happy to refund me when I realised I wanted a homebuyers survey instead of a building survey. I would have appreciated him advising me of this at the outset, and compared to other providers, the homebuyers survey was about £100 more expensive. However, the ease and speed of booking made this worth it.

Very helpful and quick, initially booked in for about a week or so after our inquiry but he managed to slot us in before then. Happily gave us a phone call after the survey when I asked for it. Full and clear report of issues. Would totally recommend.

Dean was extremely helpful - we requested a phone call after the survey to go over any big items and the report was thorough and well documented. He also provided a glossary of building terms, which was helpful to explain any jargon.

Very pleased with Able. The price was very competitive, the survey was booked in quickly with a reasonable time frame for arrival (unlike the survey on our house where we waited in all day) and we were able to get initital feedback on how it went the following day. The survey arrived quickly and was very detailed including photos of necessary defects and work. Would highly recommend

Dean was excellent. He spotted two key issues during the building survey. The document was detailed and we were very happy with the service. They aren’t the cheapest but for the quality the price was good. Would recommend.

Dean was great. He was very quick to organise and then do the survey, and we got our full report in a couple of days. The report was comprehensive -- including everything from uneven tiles to more significant issues; it seems as if no stone was left unturned. He was then very quick to respond to our follow-up questions by email. All in all, it was a smooth and seamless process. We're glad we chose Able Surveyors.
