RICS Valuation: Needed for instance if you are selling/staircasing a shared ownership home, or paying off a Help to Buy government loan. We also provide valuations for matrimonial settlements or probate.
RICS Homebuyer Report: A comprehensive survey suitable for the vast majority of properties built since 1900.
Building Survey: Suited to properties built before 1900.
If you are unsure which survey you require Jeremy or his administrative team would be happy to advise. Jeremy will never give you a hard sell or suggest you opt for the more expensive report if it is not necessary.
