I offer a RICS Building Survey and a RICS Condition Report.
The Building Survey is best suited if you are buying an older or unusual property, or are planning on carrying out building works. It will tell you the condition of the property, will highlight any issues and outline repair options and approximate costs.
A Condition Report is not as indepth as a Building Survey, but will offer an overview of the condition of the property, in an easy to read 'traffic light' rating system. It will summarise the risks, potential issues and guarantees/planning permission if necessary for your legal advisors.
