Robert is friendly and knowledgeable. He offered to do the survey over the easter break to save us time, which was so helpful. After the survey he spent a good hour describing what he found and answered all of my questions in detail. I throughly recommend Robert at TBC. Very competitive prices also. When you call TBC you will speak directly to Robert and get loads of good advice even before the survey unlike other surveyors where you will speak to a receptionist. Excellent service.

TBC sent a fantastically detailed report and were happy to discuss all the details and offered useful advice on possible remediations for the flaws found. Buying a house is pretty stressful, but Robert & co removed a lot of the doubts about the building we were interested in.

Robert was pleasant, helpful, accessible and communicative throughout. He was happy to spend time talking on the phone both directly after the survey and once it had been delivered. Thanks to the issues revealed in his report, we were able to negotiate £5,000 off the asking price of the property. The survey arrived a few (4) working days later than expected, although I believe this was due to circumstances beyond Robert’s control. This could have been quite an inconvenience but thankfully, we did not need the report urgently in the end. I would certainly recommend Robert.
