A little slow in sending the final written report, but near immediate feedback by telephone was excellent. Robert was very helpful and pragmatic. I would recommend this company.

Robert was very helpful when going through the survey report, he explained what it meant, future implications in clear and easy to comprehend language. Obtaining a detailed survey was really worthwhile.

Worst report we have recieved no detail , no pictures if inside of house, addressed to the wrong person, wrong dates and room numbers . We are going to have to pay for a new report. Awful experience.
Dear Client, I have had an opportunity to go through the completed report sent out to you on Christmas Eve. Other than two typing errors consisting of the date of inspection and the number of bathrooms on the first floor there are were no other inaccuracies within the report that I am aware of and these have been corrected and the report amended and returned to you. The report is an accurate statement of condition of the above property together with areas of where further specialist inspections are recommended, for example electricity and gas supplies which require specialist testing. We were not able to inspect some other parts of the property for example the garage which was locked. The survey provided is fit for purpose and in line with our terms and conditions and therefore a refund is not applicable. Yours sincerely Robert Ward MRICS Chartered Surveyor
