It was fast and easy to engage, offered survey day was in a few days only. Reports looked thorough and accurate.

I would not recommend this company. I have a list of complaints the main one being that they failed to provide an accurate and comprehensive homebuyers report and they failed to respond adequately to my complaints. I wasted my money and my time. I did not buy the property, however I did go on to buy another property and the standard of the inspection and report of the other surveying firm that I employed relative to that supplied by Macgowans was ridiculously better.

They were easy to work with and really helped me to understand the process and managed to get the survey done the following week. I spoke with the surveyor on the phone after the visit which was so helpful and they have me great advice. Claudia was very good at staying in contact and responded to all my queries quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend them.

Very pleased with Magowan’s. It was very easy to contact them. Chris provided an excellent service with a thorough report and kindly met with us after the survey to talk us through his findings. Desiree provided quick email responses and kept me updated throughout the process. Would highly recommend!
