Brilliant company. The gentleman doing the survey was very polite and efficient. Ensured that he talked me through the surveyor report and answered any questions I had.

Straightforward to arrange the survey online with a quick turnaround for the report. Follow up phone call helpful if you needed to query anything in the report.

The surveyor for some reason did not go into the attic the first visit but after a call to the company they arranged for them to go back. I haven’t received the final report yet but I am glad that they resolved this for me.

The communication was great throughout the survey, from booking to when we expected the report, and included a phone call for any questions. The only minor initial concern was that the generated esurv portal quote appeared higher, but they applied a discount code to match the quoted price when I proceeded to the payment screen.

The service from start to finish was excellent. Everything was arranged quickly and efficiently the survey was thorough and I received a call to talk through it. Everyone was extremely helpful. Highly recommend this company.
