Lots of detail in the report and all people we spoke to were helpful, descriptive and gave us all the details needed to feel secure in purchasing the services.

The surveyor for some reason did not go into the attic the first visit but after a call to the company they arranged for them to go back. I haven’t received the final report yet but I am glad that they resolved this for me.

The communication was great throughout the survey, from booking to when we expected the report, and included a phone call for any questions. The only minor initial concern was that the generated esurv portal quote appeared higher, but they applied a discount code to match the quoted price when I proceeded to the payment screen.
