Everything about the service was wonderful. We were kept well informed throughout, the level 3 survey came through within 2/3 working days of it being carried out and the attention to detail was fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble and excellent value for money!

Really positive experience, detailed survey, answered all questions highlighted about the property beforehand. Helpful debrief call a couple of days later and full report arrived swiftly. Quick response to subsequent questions as well.

Excellent service - major defects survey was booked within one week and we had the report within 3 working days. Excellent quality report, lots of detail but clearly explained. A great service and a company we will use again should the need arise!

Really thorough survey; the surveyor provided good after-service on phone for my questions.
