I found the whole end to end process at Brickfield Surveyors incredibly easy. Every step was explained and communication was timely and effective. The finish product was very helpful and saved me money, as the vendors who are selling the property to me are fixing some issues before the sale is finalised, that would have otherwise cost me money. I highly recommend paying out for a homebuyers report and I highly recommend using Brickfield Surveyors to do this.

Very professional very happy with their prompt service

Really great service. We were on quite a tight schedule to carry out a home buyers survey report but Brickfield Surveyors were brilliant. Speedy responses, reassuring and overall professional. We got a phone call on the day of the survey itself to discuss initial results and the report was shared within 2 days. The report was detailed, thorough and included extensive evidence for any findings. Would highly recommend.

Valerie was great and super informative about the process and how the survey would be organised. Nick was our surveyor and he called us on the day with a great summary of the report and the report was sent to us two days later. Would definitely recommend Brickfield Surveyors, very nice people :-)

Really detailed and thorough

Excellent service. They were able to fit me in when they had a cancellation at last minute. The report is easy to read which is great for first time buyers and very concise.

Really happy with the service. Valerie was quick to respond to my query and get the survey booked in. Once Robert had carried out the survey, he called me to go through what he had found which was great as it gave me the chance to ask questions and get a better understanding of any issues. I then received the full report 2 days later so was very happy with the quick turnaround. Not the cheapest quote I received but well worth the price for how efficient, helpful and informative they were. Thank you

Valerie was very friendly, efficient and professional. Everything was dealt with very quickly and great that this company is completely paperless. Robert completed the survey and rang me the same day with details of most of his findings. I received comprehensive report 2 days later. This wasn’t the cheapest quote received but certainly very good value for a truly professional service. I would highly recommend this company.
