Andrew was very clear in his report. I knew when he was visiting the property and when the report would be emailed to me, he kept to both of these. Very quick turnaround. Highly recommended.

Very good communication throughout. Responded to all specific queries raised as part of the survey process. Report was clear and summary of actions very helpful.

Great all round service with very good communication before and after the survey. Andrew was happy for me to meet him at the house to run through his preliminary findings - which was really helpful. The report was very comprehensive and well written.
