Brampton Home Surveys is a young/modern company set up in 2018 and the brainchild of a surveyor with far more years of knowledge and experience in all sectors of surveying (alongside some legal and lecturing experience).
Brampton Home Surveys was born from the office of another successful, more longstanding quantity surveying firm wanting to delve into domestic surveying. After hearing horror stories of dream property investments becoming nightmare purchases and knowing the vast difference between a valuation and what a person may be willing to pay for a property once they are aware of any defects, we were compelled to step in and offer our expert help and advice.
With a head office based in Cheadle, Staffordshire we cover Stoke, Stafford, Derby, Crewe, Nottingham and surrounding areas offering Level 1 and Level 2 RICS Home Surveys and Snagging Inspections.
The Level 1 surveys are recommended for newer properties (typically less than 10 years of age).
The Level 2 surveys are recommended for properties post 1880’s.
Snagging inspections are only appropriate for brand new properties.
Regardless of the Level of Survey, we guarantee the level of our service remains the same. The way in which this information is presented may vary but our commitment and professionalism does not.
We pride ourselves on our swift, friendly, honest, ethical and professional service. We offer advice and support from the outset (even where this may lose us custom, if we do not undertake the level of survey required, we would point people in the right direction instead), we produce high quality 55–65 page reports and five star rated communication.
We are also completely independent. Our surveyors are not on a panel of any kind they are tried and tested members of the team. We do not receive referrals of any kind so that we can guarantee loyalty to our customers only.
Our services include regular updates as to the progress of an instruction, a call from the surveyor with their initial observations/opinion, and a complete report typically issued within 5 working days.
