DC Independent Surveyor Ltd

Can’t fault the service received by this surveyor!

Efficient and comprehensive survey. David answered my questions promptly

Thank you so much David for the amazing service. Got in touch straight away, did the survey within 4 days and got the report back in another 3 days. Couldn't believe how in depth the report was, covered absolutely everything including estimated costs of any work recommended. David messaged to see if I had any futher questions and gave me details of damp specialists to look into the damp he found. Really went above and beyond what I expected and as an independent the price was one of the cheapest. Thank you so much, wouldn't hesitate to recommend

I had a Level 2 survey carried out and was extremely impressed with the service. The report was delivered very quickly, was incredibly thorough, and included clear explanations and plenty of photos. What really stood out was the attention to detail. He took humidity readings throughout the property, uncovering several hidden issues that could easily have been missed, and even used a drone to inspect and photograph the roof—a fantastic addition that's not often included at this price point. Professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a thorough and reliable Level 2 survey.
