I had a Level 2 survey carried out and was extremely impressed with the service. The report was delivered very quickly, was incredibly thorough, and included clear explanations and plenty of photos. What really stood out was the attention to detail. He took humidity readings throughout the property, uncovering several hidden issues that could easily have been missed, and even used a drone to inspect and photograph the roof—a fantastic addition that's not often included at this price point. Professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a thorough and reliable Level 2 survey.
