Definitely exaggerated the severity of some areas of the report. I understand the necessity from their perspective to ensure they don't misreport items, but I feel it was too weighted to "caution for their sake". Also, after seeking some reassurance via email, I received an reply of 1 word, which doesn't portray professionalism. That being said, the phonecall that followed the survey was cordial and informative, and the fee was, in some cases, almost half of other firms.

Incredibly helpful, Renato talked me through his findings before the report was sent to me which made it so much easier to understand. Communication was fantastic with everyone I spoke to.

Good communication and very detailed feedback. Nice to get some feedback from the surveyor by phone on the day of the survey too.
