HdR are a professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful company. Helen has been amazing from start to finish. I have no hesitation in recommending this service to friends and family, and writing a review to let everyone know how happy I am. I invested in a level 3 buildings survey as the property was built early 1900's. The estate agent were pushing for me to purchase without a survey. I almost did! However, something about their persistence felt 'off'. Thank goodness I asked Helen to help me! Suffice to say she unearthed a catalogue of serious, even downright dangerous issues and she captured them all with a series of photos that are in the survey report. The photos are a nice touch because I could understand the text much more fully. The detail in the report has enabled me to make an informed choice to walk away from the sale. I will also use the report to point me in the right direction when viewing future houses. I won't proceed without Helen's level 3 survey though!

Really thorough survey, which actually caused us to pull out of the deal because of the discoveries. We have since agreed a price on another house and have booked Helen in again to survey it.

The survey was detailed and showed positive and negative points of house surveyed. I was told it would be 5 working days after the survey that I got the report and it took a little longer and needed 2 emails to the firm before I got the report.
