excellent reliable and personal service. report was detailed, well laid out and easy to follow. surveyor explained everything in person prior to sending report.

The service provider was helpful, responsive, and punctual. They contacted the agency directly and secured access on the promised date. The survey was completed on schedule, and they delivered the detailed report within five working days, meeting their initial two-to-five day estimate. While I cannot personally verify the technical accuracy of the report, it appears thorough. Overall, I am satisfied with their service.

Phoned me almost instantly after filling out the online form. Gave great detail of the job to be carried out. Had a lot of availability. Thought they could offer quotes for works to be done as then I had to pay for a second survey to quote up the works.

Our surveyors carry out independent RICS surveys to identify any defects with the property, but they don't provide estimates for repair works as part of the survey. Great surveryor our original appointment was cancelled and the next available wasn’t going to be until 4 weeks later but the company contacted me with a cancellation (the day after our original date) very thorough inspection of the property with a details report friendly and professional. Received our report back in less than a week and any issues we have needed to discuss they have been available to help with
