The whole service was quick, efficient and thorough, and when I had extra questions the whole team really went the extra mile to help me out, even though it was difficult with my working hours. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a survey.

Not the fastest turn around. Had to wait several weeks for the survey to take place and then almost a week to receive the report back. Also all contact was via email, would have felt a bit more personal if telephone contact was made also.

Whilst we can see your review rating to be positive, and we believe this reflects the overall survey and report provided - thank you, we feel the additional feedback comments are not necessarily entirely reflective of the service we feel was provided. We are very busy at this time of year, and this is reflected in our survey lead times. One of the main reasons we tend to be booked up for a number of weeks is due to the high level of professional service we provide, to which we find our clients are prepared to wait for our availability. We would like to believe this to be reflected as a positive aspect of our business for the high level of service we provide. However, all our clients are made aware of the timescales from the outset, and it is the clients decision whether they wish to wait to use us. In regards to the timescales for delivery of the survey report, we operate in line with our policies and procedures in order to provide high quality reports, going through surveyors quality checks, and subsequent internal audit; This can also be reiterated in our recent RICS 2019 Audit in which we were graded the Highest Level of Compliance. The timescales for delivery of reports are advised at the instruction stages, and are contained within the terms and conditions contract. Our timescales are in line with common industry standards. Finally, we identified that you provided an incorrect phone number during the quotation stage, and this meant we required to contact you via email to gain initial contact and process the instruction. However, once we gained the correct information from you, we have on record that four individual telephone communications made from ourselves during the services were provided. We do operate email communications to deliver documentation, intermittent updates/checks, and to deliver survey reports, and we feel this in order to streamline our business. However, we appreciate this particular comment and will take this feedback on board to see where we may be able to develop our services further.
