As soon as I asked for a quote Personage Ward came back with the quote. I emailed back to say I wasn't ready to carry out the survey and Neal said as soon as I was he would send me all the details, I contacted him asking to change from level 3 to level 2 and he sent me a revised fee with the relevant forms which I filled in and paid the fee on the Sunday on Tuesday I had confirmation the payment had been received and the survey was carried out on Wednesday with an email with report on Saturday, absolutely amazing and if any of my friends are moving i will give them their contact.

Fantastic service. Neal went above an beyond to visit the property during heavy rain to check for flooding at the weekend at no extra cost. The survey was then completed promptly and is thorough and extensive with many photographs and detailed explanation. This was followed with a phone call to discuss the report with me. Additional help to find roofers and other specialists for my needs was very much appreciated as was the follow up call from Neal to provide more local knowledge which he had obtained, which was useful to me in assessing the property.
