My first contact with Watson’s was to ask if they could explain the difference in survey levels. After deciding on a level 2 survey this was booked and happened within 2weeks. We received the report promptly after 5 days.

Very impressed with Watsons. As a first time buyer they were very helpful in explaining what was and was not covered by the survey and made a point of making sure I was only paying for a Level 2 survey as the Level 3 survey I originally thought I required would not answer the additional queries I had. They arranged access with the estate agent promptly and had completed a report within a week and the report itself was clear and highlighted some items to address I had not observed while reassuring me that other items were in a desirable state. The report also contained some useful recommendations for next actions to consider. They were honest and clear and saved me money on a level of survey that would not have been helpful so I can use this saving for other inspections / works as necessary.
