I'd strongly advise against using McFadden Perry. A simple property purchase is still not resolved, some 7 weeks after I returned the required documentation duly completed. I am never updated, unless I ask for updates - even then, staff members either don't return calls or emails, or do so 2 days later. On one occasion, a staff member went on a week's annual leave and didn't have an Out of Office email notification, leading me to believe my purchase was being dealt with when in fact the email hadn't even been read. I am seriously considering contacting The Legal Ombudsman regarding the inefficient and delayed manner in which my conveyancing has been handled.

I have spoken to our client expressing my concerns about his dissatisfaction I have explained that I am sorry he did not contact me direct, in accordance with the protocol appearing on our client care letter, when I could have addressed and resolved any grievances as perceived by him I have asked my staff to ensure before any leave of absence that their out of office e-mail notification is properly operating Linda Mcfadden
