- Had issues due to them not being on the Approved Panel list for our mortgage company. - Felt we had to contact them in order to receive updates/push things along
We apologise that we were not on your chosen mortgage lender’s panels but would point out that your lender was not one of the mainstream lenders. We are of course on all of the mainstream lender panels and we did apply to be appointed to your lender’s panels but we did not meet their criteria. Often lenders will not tell you what their criteria is. However, we instructed another firm to act for your lender at no extra cost and trust that you were satisfied with this outcome.
