Didn’t get to speak directly with Mr Lever at all, until at the end, when asking for money. He also misquoted me, and tried to charge an extra £2500, which, only after I pointed out the clear error, and after questioning my maths, did he realise. If I hadn’t seen this, and worked through all the numbers myself, I don’t think this error would have been caught, and I would have been charged a significant amount. All in all, I felt like a lot of the work along the way was done myself. That being said, they did help me buy a house, within a very restrictive time frame, with little leeway.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, although the feedback is some what misleading given you had requested your file be dealt with immediately and agreed to pay an expedited fee of £250.00 to move your file to the top of the pile during the busy Stamp Duty deadline period. We believe we went above and beyond and responded to you on a daily basis often several times a day. However, we appreciate you required a different level of service to the one we were able to provide. We are glad you managed to move into the property despite the tight deadlines and wish you the all the best in the future.
