Awful. Terrible communicators, mostly didn’t respond to my requests for further info. Ending up abandoning the sale because of their awful communication and despite agreeing they had failed and had lessons to learn, refused any refund.

Very good when contacting however we hired them on 15th May and it’s been over 3 months and still not had any dates of when we will be moving into our property
