Have used them before and been happy, this time they are being less good about replying to messages promptly but it has been Xmas.

Mixed bag of employees, some were exceptional and could not be better but I had the miss fortune of one other who was useless and kept telling me the wrong information, which caused more stress. I would use again but would only speak to the good people.

Very slow. I had to constantly chase after them to get feedback. Emails go unanswered and telephone calls don't get returned. After the poor service experience I used a different company for my subsequent home sale.
