Very poor and slow performance. You get set up after 2 days and that is where progress ends. 8 weeks later they still hadn't forwarded the Freehold title deed to the buyer of the property. 1 week of no response to emails and calls. They are far over burdened and need to spend more money on employing conveyancers than taking on new business. Baffled at how they got so many good ratings and awards.

LOVED the online portal (eway) that First Property Lawyers use as it was intuitive to use and easy to track the progress of the case. Moreover, it was backed up by an office based team who always picked up the phone promptly and gave clear answers. Special thanks to Rachel Howell who managed our case with no complications. Overall, a very happy customer. Would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks very much!

Unfortunately sale fell through with my buyers - only comment to make seemed to take a long time for messages and emails to get through to my conveyancer.

The contact with the company felt very remote and almost every time I called I spoke with a different person. I was under the impression these people had a very brief idea on the case as they were even asking me questions on the status of the property (i.e. new leasehold or an existing one). The company provided good services in other aspects apart from the extremely limited overview (not mentioned when I engaged them!) of the Leasehold agreement which is paramount when purchasing a flat. I presume if someone is buying a freehold it would be more suitable to use these solicitors.
