The service so fr ha been excellent. We're experiencing slight delays in the completion of our house purchase and so the date for our move has had to be shunted back a few times. Christian has been so patient and helpful, changing the dates and explaining the procedure. I don;t think we could have found a better company to help with or move.

Christian is a superstar - went out of his way to help us. Really great service - he is kind, friendly and helpful. The moving crew (Howie, Chris & Ben) were also fantastic and efficient.

Christian was friendly and reassuring from the beginning and even with lockdown restrictions, made my move as cost-effective and simple as possible. Whenever we had an issue (no new apartment sorted, parking issues etc.), Christian looked after us really well and adjusted to our needs.

I contacted a dozen companies before settling on Total Moving Solutions LTD. Stuart quickly put me at ease with his professional and timely responses. TMS clearly takes pride in their work and has got to be the leader in European moves. I used their services to ship my stuff from Germany to the UK and am planning to use them again to ship my other stuff from Canada to the UK. Amazingly, their prices are also the best out of the 12 companies I contacted AND their level of service is far above and beyond those other companies too - in terms of competence/professionalism, timely responses, clear and understandable terms of agreement, and everything else one would associate with a top moving company. I've lived all over Canada and the world and have moved more than 20 times. This is BY FAR the best moving company I've ever had the pleasure of using. Highly recommended and they can look forward to my repeat business in the coming months. Very professional, there were some hiccups related to the number of men available for the move but they fixed it promptly. Everything arrived fine apart from a small scratch in one of the furniture pieces. There were many fragile items that arrived fine and the customs and Brexit-related issues were fine so I can only recommend them.
