I contacted a dozen companies before settling on Total Moving Solutions LTD. Stuart quickly put me at ease with his professional and timely responses. TMS clearly takes pride in their work and has got to be the leader in European moves. I used their services to ship my stuff from Germany to the UK and am planning to use them again to ship my other stuff from Canada to the UK. Amazingly, their prices are also the best out of the 12 companies I contacted AND their level of service is far above and beyond those other companies too - in terms of competence/professionalism, timely responses, clear and understandable terms of agreement, and everything else one would associate with a top moving company. I've lived all over Canada and the world and have moved more than 20 times. This is BY FAR the best moving company I've ever had the pleasure of using. Highly recommended and they can look forward to my repeat business in the coming months. Very professional, there were some hiccups related to the number of men available for the move but they fixed it promptly. Everything arrived fine apart from a small scratch in one of the furniture pieces. There were many fragile items that arrived fine and the customs and Brexit-related issues were fine so I can only recommend them.

We started the process of organising moving my belongings to Perpignan during the beginning of a global pandemic. The initial quote was fair and competitive, and then because of the pandemic all my fixed plans needed to become significantly more flexible. This was never an issue: an open and long term communication was established on requirements, dates, quarantines, potential border closures and everything in-between that meant that an event that is described as being one of the most stressful in life, during a most stressful situation was made very easy by them. it was seamless, relaxing, professional and perfectly implemented: it has been a long time since we remember receiving quality customer service from any entity, so it was just great to see that the real idea of customer service is still around as manifested by TMS
