We started the process of organising moving my belongings to Perpignan during the beginning of a global pandemic. The initial quote was fair and competitive, and then because of the pandemic all my fixed plans needed to become significantly more flexible. This was never an issue: an open and long term communication was established on requirements, dates, quarantines, potential border closures and everything in-between that meant that an event that is described as being one of the most stressful in life, during a most stressful situation was made very easy by them. it was seamless, relaxing, professional and perfectly implemented: it has been a long time since we remember receiving quality customer service from any entity, so it was just great to see that the real idea of customer service is still around as manifested by TMS
