All Moves UK is a family run business based in Nottingham, Derby and Leicester offering a professional and quality service.

Over the years we have gained great experience in the removal industry, offering a first class service no matter the size of the move; we take the utmost care with our customers' possessions and treat them as if they are our own.

Through the years we have grown due to demand into a large fleet offering varied services within the removal industry. We are specialists in the removals business, and in particular the transportation of household goods and office furniture.

We are certified members of many trade associations including BAR, TSi approved, Derbyshire Trusted Trader, FSB and RHA. We go through vigorous checks to qualify for one more reason to give our customers extra peace of mind when it’s time to make your choice of remover.

Our total commitment is to providing a professional and personalised service and we understand the importance of logistics to make your day stress free. We pay a visit to your house for free for a pre-move survey to see what equipment will be required to ensure a smooth move.

Our friendly staff, who are all fully trained, uniformed and CRB checked, will be there to make the progress of your move simple. We understand that there can be delays on the day, our teams keep a light hearted approach to every day moves, handling goods carefully and safely transporting belongings from your house to your new home.

We offer a range of services; from a fragile pack to a complete pack and unpack service, or the dismantling and assembling of furniture. Our estimator and office staff will ensure that your quote will be simple to read and very understandable. In our quote we will provide a full cost breakdown so you can tailor your move to suit your budget.

Storage

Should it be needed, we offer only the best storage facilities for our customers in Nottingham, Derby and Leicester.

Gordon is very passionate about the removal trade and likes to be involved and active in many areas. He has just been voted as a director of The Association of Independent of Removals. The role will be making sure the criteria is of a high standard and helping improve standards within the trade with training. He has also just been given a role by the BAR as National Council Representative for the East Midlands area, which is an important role as this is a valuable link between BAR/The Board and The Membership

The moving staff were so friendly! Made our move in the snow, the sunday before xmas really smooth! Great from start to finish :)

I had a problem with the chain collapsing one day then back again another, then the completion date slipping. Kelly & Gordon were very understanding when I cancelled, then phoned to re-bok, cancelled again & finally moved on the 3rd date I'd given them. My husband died earlier this year & I was a bit worried about taking things apart & putting them back together at the other end. The friendly, helpful & efficient staff arrived on time, were great at doing all of this for me & couldn't do enough to help generally. I can highly recommend this company.

A couple of items have been lost in transit and we weren't able to claim for those. They have not reached here, although there was no damage to any other items except one broken glass. I think if all the items are insured, we should be able to claim for any lost or damaged item, but the company denied us of the claim. I think reallymoving should look into the matter and do the needful.

Jenish only informed us of items missing after 7 days to which insurance terms they he had signed was no longer covered, it has to be reported within seven days, but as he packed goods himself they are not covered due to us not knowing what is inside, and the item that was missing was a chip fryer to which he said he had 2 the same and my team can remember one in original box, all goods had been put in an unsecured garage outside as did not want boxes in house. The broken glass was a drinking glass from Wilkinson again packed by Jenish so unsure of packing, but on a full house move this was the only damage and customer was shown lorry empty before team returned to yard

they were dreadful, they did not come out and look at the contents despite invitation. they sent a vehicle to start loading the day before they should have. despite coming the day before they should have and looking at the contents and deciding they needed another sprinter van, they did not have enough space on the day, and we had to leave some belongings amounting to a couple of hundred pounds behind. during thr loading they said they would not have enough space, this caused stress for us and my wife was alarmed as they did not say what and xpressed concern to the men and the office and obviously watched the proceedings. My wife got a call from luara who complained that the men were being hassled and threatened to unload and give our money back, this made my wife ill and shake and i had to tell this laurta that they had a contract to move us. there were only two men clearly not enough and it took 5 hours to load, making us late on a long journey. they dismantled items they should not have in order to make space and caused some damage. on eof the men during loading was on his mobile on the road using bad language andd making a scene to someone else who was complaining to him and caused us embarrassment. this firm were A SHAMBLES AND un professional. we employed them as we thought they were of standards, sadly not

I did speak about this ages ago, please let us clarify that this was dealt with by the Guilds, this was a late booking, they did not give us complete list of items going, example 3 garden pots ended up 20 chicken cages which were not mentioned. This was a two bed property and took 5 hours to load and total of 1700 cubic feet. we put an extra vehicle on at no charge that is why they came back next day, no damage was mentioned till weeks later to the Guilds, not us, on day of move the customer was constantly rude to our staff and following them round commenting, at which point our staff called us to say they cannot do this under this pressure, I took advice at the time and Laura did phone the customer and say please let them do their job as they would down tools and we would refund on the spot as they were being very rude to them. Our staff do not swear in front of customers this would be instant dismissal. All we left was outside pots X3 and dirty chicken pen made themselves not to the value they have said, and all goods they said they had and more was moved. We sent all documents they had sent to us and the Guilds said this was not our fault, due to the customer being 50 miles away we made sure we had all itinerary of goods before quoted, customer not honest as to what they where moving.
