Browns Removals were fantastic from start to finish. Mr Brown himself surveyed our house and was professional, efficient but warm and reassuring. Vicki in the office handled my queries, arranged alternative dates and generally made herself indispensable. The guys who did our packing (Brandon, Luke & Ryan) just could not have been more helpful. They were smartly turned out, professional, respectful of our home and above all just so friendly and a lot of fun. Moving day came and the same trio arrived. They worked their socks off from 8 a.m. until 7.30 p.m. It was a very big move from a very big property into a property that will not be big enough until we have completed extensive building work so it was difficult. But not for these guys - they magically poured a quart into a pint pot and were consistently careful, helpful and above all cheerful. They must have been exhausted by the end of it but their good humour never waivered and bearing in mind these were three young men working late on a Friday night they never gave any impression that they were keen to get our move over with and just worked solidly. They reassembled furniture, moved stuff about and generally made themselves extremely useful. It was one of the most stressful things I have ever done but I have to say, these guys really helped - particularly Brandon's infectious, cheeky giggle that really kept us going. Browns were the least local company we got quotes from however from Mr Brown's first visit to our old home there was no doubt in my mind that they would deliver what they promised - and they certainly did. Do not hesitate to hire this company when you move - we certainly wouldn't! Oh - and they even sent us a personal "New Home" card once we were settled.

I was ill on the day we moved. I have no idea how I would have managed without them. They had 4 men moving us. They were pleasant, efficient and worked so hard.

Browns Removals were absolutely brilliant. We still had a lot of stuff unboxed when they arrived, especially in the utility rooms. They just packed it up for us and took everything. For me the thing that really stood out was the guys attitude, nothing was too much trouble. No matter how stressed I got, they made me feel at ease. They just got on with the job, it took far longer than anticipated but they didn't mind. Really lovely family firm that I can highly recommend.

We would not hesitate to recommend Browns Removals. From the first phone call they were helpful, courteous and efficient. They dealt with all our requests promptly and without fuss. On the day the team worked very hard to get the move completed within a day, no easy task, that they did it with a smile made it a far more pleasant experience than it might have been.

An outstanding family run company, completely blew us away with the level of service, quality of care and communication. The company employees were all fantastic, and although we had to grapple with the hot tub beast on the hottest days of the year were all very committed to making sure everything went as well as possible.
