I chose Kris' company because he showed more attention to detail than the other companies that came round for a survey. On the packing day his team arrived on time and worked hard the whole day, the same on the moving day. They were professional, friendly and well mannered. The move went very well.

Very friendly, very professional and most importantly very careful movers. We moved to the third floor without elevator so it wasn't a piece of cake but the guys were restless ! Everything arrived in one piece safe and sound.

Simply put: London House Removals are brilliant. From my initial online enquiry, Kris was responsive and clearly focussed on customer satisfaction. During the house visit, we were struck not only by his professionalism, but also by his very calm demeanour -- which put us at ease immediately. Then, throughout the rather stressful process of setting and confirming move dates, Kris was patient, attentive, and utterly professional. Much to our frustration, we had to adjust the timing of our move by a few days, which created a conflict for Kris, but he managed it perfectly. And, moving day itself was actually (almost!) fun! The team were just great -- polite, professional, pleasant, efficient, and, all in all, a really enjoyable group of guys to be around! :-) Buying / Selling / Moving house is a stressful process -- rife with poor service and unnecessary difficulties. After the frustrations of estate agents and solicitors, we weren't hoping for much pleasure on the actual moving front, but London House Removals fixed that! Great service; brilliant value for money; really pleasant people to work with. Throughout the sale of our house and subsequent purchase of two properties, we have worked with three estate agents, two solicitors, and one moving company and the ONLY one I would refer anyone to is London House Removals. Five star without question.

I was really impressed with the 3 guys who helped me move. Their job turned out to be much harder and longer than expected, due to a malfunctioning lift at my new home (so they had to carry about half the load up 7 flights of stairs!). Their dedication was incredible, they were fantastic - I wouldn't hesitate for a second to highly recommend Kris and his team.

Kris' team were charming, polite and professional. They picked up large pieces of furniture with ease. Nothing was broken, they were well organised, packed the furniture carefully and were cheerful throughout the day. They made our move day a pleasure and good fun rather than stressful. I would recommend them to anyone.

An excellent service was provided by Kris and his team, including clear communications, clear quotation of a fixed price with no hidden extras and no deposit required. A full set of good quality boxes were provided for my non-fragile packing. I opted for the fragile-packing service and this was done very thoroughly and carefully by the LHR team. On Removals day everything went smoothly and all my good were safely and carefully packed, transported and unpacked at the other end.
