Great service, great staff, can’t fault them at all! The removal guys were really friendly, sociable and careful with my belongings, all in all a five star service!

Ian was massively supportive of our constant requests to change the date due to chain issues. He offered lots of options to try and help us on the day, even cancelling a none urgent job he had booked. The moving team Mark and Zak were ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. They kept us calm on the day when stress levels were high and while the key collection was delayed they helped our sellers move some items out of their garage. You are superheroes, guys! Thank you so much!

The whole experience from start to finish was flawless. Initially spoke to Ian who dealt with our quote and stayed in touch between exchanging and completing. Our exchange of contracts and completion happened on the same day which is never ideal but Ian and his team were so understandable and accommodating. On to the move itself, the guys were fantastic. Headed up by Mark and alongside him his son Zak, what an amazing Father/Son combination!! They worked so hard in such challenging conditions. Our old house was situated on a very busy main road which made their job that little bit harder. However, these guys just cracked on and got the job done with no complaints whatsoever. Their professionalism was unbelievable and they are ambassadors to Roman Removals. They made our move completely stress free in terms of transporting our good from one property to the next. Absolutely outstanding service from day one. Ian is brilliant and the lads on the day were friendly and so careful with our items and so efficient with time and space.

Absolutely fantastic. Been moved in 2weeks today and still blown away by how great and stress-free they made the whole process. From friendly consultation chat with Ian, where he offered good advice about moving for us first time buyers, right through to the wave off chat at our new place, we were almost sad to see Joe and Chalky go on the day, really impressed, friendly and will be using them for when the next move comes. Transparent pricing that didn't change. A lot of floors/stairs in our move and they never complained once and insisted we didn't need to lift a finger. For what had been a stressful process getting sorted and packing before this day, the day itself was so stress-free, we couldn't believe it. They came in and just took over which allowed us to just sit back and feel oddly relax. At the new place we just said to dump everything in one room downstairs to let their legs recover from the stairs at the old place but anytime they saw e.g. a box labelled bedding or clothing they offered that it was no problem to leave them upstairs if we preferred, nothing was too much for them. Everything has arrived intact now that we've unpacked and fragile labels were acknowledged. P.s - we got in tea, coffee, sausage baps and pastries to sweeten the deal and to help alleviate our stair guilt - they seemed to go down a treat!

The guys that moved us in were brilliant, they got everything there without any issues and dealt with all the stairs we needed them to go up and down without a grumble! Made a stressful day a lot easier and straight forward allowing us to focus on dealing with the estate agents and solicitors to make the move as smooth as possible. Best value for money we've spent to do with the house move without a doubt!

Roman removers look after us on the day we moved; nothing was to much trouble, the two lads did a great job, and I would recommend the company . Turn up on time and a very fair price .

Dealing with Ian the owner was really easy and friendly service. The two men who came to move me on the day Joe and Mark I cant speak highly of, they made the whole day totally stress free, they were hard working, and very careful with my fragile goods (I overheard them discussing in detail the best way to carefully pack and protect my stuff). overall they had a positive hard working attitude it made what could be a stressed day really easy and even pleasant. well done guys,
