Karl and Mark (and Mark's son for the first leg) did an excellent job on both legs (old property to storage and storage to new house), with a couple of detours in between. Well done to the guys and to Ian for organising everything - really helpful especially given the relatively short notice for both moves. Having professional movers like this is so important for helping cope with the stress of selling, buying and moving properties. Would definitely use Ian's firm again!

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Brought there own cover sheet for sofa. We'd never used any removal firms before, and after reading horror stories online about other companies we were concerned they wouldn't take certain items etc but Romans even took a few extra bags in the end which was really helpful. They didn't rush through the job they just did it properly. Would use again.

Ian and his team really helped to take the stress out of moving for us. We exchanged and completed on the same day, and the day before I let Ian know that we just couldn't commit and to let other people have our booked date (it had been in the diary for weeks, but the solicitors in our chain has other ideas!). Ian was very calm and reassured us that he would probably still have a vehicle available and to stay in touch. We did, and at 7pm on the evening before the move, he moved heaven and earth to help us. The lads that came on the day worked tirelessly to get the van loaded up. The van was very well packed and they took a great deal of care. Everything made it safely to the new house, which is no doubt down to the careful approach of the moving team. At the new house, everything was unloaded in around an hour, and it was all done with a smile. A courtesy call from Ian a few days later to check that we were settled and happy really topped off the experience. Ian is clearly experienced in this field and genuinely cares about his customers. Ian was really helpful when i contacted him and explained what we exactly had to move, no surcharge was added for moving our belongings on the Bank Holiday Monday, the guys were early and started nearly straight away, very polite and very well mannered, they took a great care of our belongings, I must say we just can't praise them and their work enough, we were again talking about them last Saturday on what a fab job they did. Because the weather were against us for a few hours, they even took a great care in our new home, very professional as well as a great sense of humour, as we had a very bad experience 7 years ago with a removal company, Ian and his crew did bring back that trust in their trade. Ian and his team were absolutely gem, will definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys so very much.
