Yes, they broke my small tv. My partner booked the van in his name as he heard it was a good company. When our belongings turned up at 12 at night even tho he picked them up at 6am! Our small tv was broke which cost us about 200-300 pound! I won’t be using this service again.

The company are great at communication, they made sure I understand everything. If I needed help they where available. It's great you get to know who your driver is before arriving and you can track the van as well. Highly recommend the company.
