A DISASTER FROM START TO FINISH.1 star far too high for them
Hi Andrew, We’re really sorry that your experience was so difficult from start to finish. This isn’t the typical AnyVan experience we want for our customers, and we appreciate how frustrating it must have been to deal with the issues that arose during your move. We’ve reviewed the booking and recognise that there were complications around the items included, additional items requested on the day, and the services required. Where additional fees were needed to help resolve these issues, we covered these in full, including costs relating to additional items that were not part of the original booking, in an effort to make things right on the day.
