would not recommend, although cheaper than a traditional moving company and appeared very good when i booked. the actual moving day was a nightmare. the mover didnt turn up, when I called the mover I had been allocated they has no record of the booking even though it have been paid for already. Anyvan had to find me a new mover, they just stated it was due to "unforseen circumstances" and they would try but could not guarnatee they would be able to find another mover? what? Another mover was able to do the job, but had they not been able to I would have been stuck. In addition. they add extra charges on the day for spurious reasons "you have more items than you said" "you never said on your booking you wanted things to be taken upstairs in the house" and you can't not pay up or they won't complete the move. I would never use Anyvan again and I would warn other people against using them too.

Driver and helper was fantastic. Did not like the fact that we was told we could change any information 48 hrs before moving and once we did that with th date they charged us an extra £330.
