Very helpful prior to move, when there were delays and then the movement restrictions. On the day very efficient and organised. Friendly team who prepared well and looked after our stuff. Communicated well with us so that items ended up where we wished. Had a few tricky manoeuvres to deal with but remained calm. Would definitely recommend

I would like to say what a great company this is and would HIGHLY recommend!! Excellent value for money. Prompt to respond. Naz was so lovely with my vulnerable elderly parents. Very courteous, always respectful, pleasant manner. Reassured them he'd take care of things exactly how they needed and explained everything. Even when the move was postponed and then finally cancelled altogether due to unforseen circumstances, Naz remained kind and empathetic. Always cheerful on the phone and went out of his way to help my parents. I am SO GLAD I chose C n G removals, I will call them first when I need removers again and will be recommending to friends.

Naz is passionate about the business he set up with his wife. I like that he (being one of the owners) was the person who visited our house to provide a tailored, free, no obligations quote. He explained how things are typically done on the day and we discussed specifics (such as access to each property) and he provided very helpful tips how to make the move run smoothly. We were impressed at the care they took to protect the external doors at both properties, the dinning room table and the TV. C&G provided a large team with a mix of experienced, friendly men and trainees shadowing them. Each person was given a task suited to their ability. They were efficient and everything was unloaded at our new property by late lunch. A sheet/mat was laid in the entrance of each property and anyone working inside had shoe protectors. Naz was coordinating the team on the day which was very reassuring. We were very impressed with how everything was run.

C&G Removals were fantastic. They made moving day the least stressful part of the process. Everyone on the job was professional, polite, courteous and could not do more to make things easier for us. We would happily use them again and recommend to friends.

We moved to Cheltenham from Leeds in early November with C&G Removals. Naz and his team did a great job. We had previously very bad removal experience with less professional movers in the past, so I was very picky when making decision. Naz showed enthusiasm and dedication when we spoke a few times and when he came to us for a quotation. We were letting our property out in Leeds a few days after move so we were very worried about damaging walls, staining carpets etc during the move. Even though it was raining heavily on the moving day, C&G Removal team did a great job. They did not stepped on carpets without putting overshoes on and kept changing their overshoes to keep the house clean. They put covers on doors and furniture to keep everything safe. We moved 170 miles away and not even a smallest item was damaged during the move. The team members were very friendly, listened to everything I told and did their job to an exceptional standard. I strongly recommend C&G Removals if you want to have a stress-free move.
