We have approached 3 companies to come and give us quotes about moving houses. I felt like Paul was very realistic about the amount of things we have in the house, he gave very good advice about how to prepare and how not to underestimate what it means to move houses and then he gave us his quote. He also assured us that he will do a very good job and if he needs to stay 2 more hours to finish, he will do whatever it takes to see us moved and happy. Him and his team arrived early morning, worked in a team of 3 people and took good care of all our belongings. There was nothing destroyed or damaged, the house was left in a perfect position for the next family to move in. Same at the new house, no damage, no scratch. For a family who is expecting their second child, with very close due date, he did the job he promised and he made us relax and know that we are safe in his hands and this will work out well. We have had some problems at the new location and so we have had to move back. All I know is I was feeling powerless and I called Paul, explained what happened and asked if he can move us back. This was 4 days before Christmas. He said he understands our situation and that he will help. He managed to save our Christmas as a family, it was the same amazing job that he did first time, all our belongings were moved and we had peace of mind. We recommend Paul and his team, because he was very realistic about the price, he understood from the beginning what’s involved and what it means to us, he respected our things and he took great care of everything. For that, for the care, for the respect, for all this precious help and for being amazing and accepting to help us move us in difficult times and a few days before Christmas, we are extremely grateful and we wish him every success in his business and hope all people will be nice to him and treat him with respect! Having been let down by two other removal companies, Paul was a dream to deal with when making arrangements, and he and his colleague were a delight when delivering things to my new flat. Moving into a new home is always stressful, but Paul made it as seamless as possible. Highly recommended, and a thoroughly nice chap, to boot.
