Helpful, clear and just very reassuring. They were super on the phone and the guys that did the move were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond and deserve a bonus quite frankly!

The removal men were brilliant, super fast, nothing got broken at all. The van was a little bit too small, but we fit everything in to cars. We got a late fee as completion took longer than expected.

Don’t use them. The removal guys were great but office staff not. They will debit your AC without telling you. READ THE SMALL PRINT CAREFULLY.
Thank you for your kind comments towards the removal team, we do always receive very positive feedback for our road crews. I believe the 'small print' you are referring to is the parking ticket we had received on the day. In advance of the move we did have an in depth discussion regarding arranging parking for us, including supplying the vehicle registration for you to arrange this which you had agreed to do. They have been incredible. They were flexible with dates as we had to postpone our completion date at the last minute. They then managed to accommodate us within less than 24-hour notice (we called them on Monday at 2 pm for Tuesday at 9 am). The removal guys were very polite, punctual and efficient. All items were handled with care. Would we use Sure Removal again? YES.

Moving is SO STRESSFUL. I've done it so many times before, and I seem to forget each time how horrible it is. Picking a company was tough, but I eventually chose Sure Removals based on price, flexibility, and my confidence in them. On the day, two men showed up who did not talk much, but boy could they move. They got the job done quickly without compromising on safety or care, and I just stood there gobsmacked at how much they could carry. I also very much appreciated their good nature and sense of humour when I sheepishly informed them that they had to carry a few heavy items up two flights of stairs to my attic office. Amazing job all round. Just next time I'll pay for a packing service as well......

Staff punctual, polite and professional in all they did. Movers worked extremely hard to complete the move at short notice.
