Excellent response time I had the quote within 15 minutes of the visit. They were very flexible with the dates available and helped enormously.

Would NOT recommend this company. Alot of bad language throughout the whole day and complaints about steps. Alot of damage to goods which could not possibly be known within 48 hours of moving. On contacting them after the move to make comment, absolutely no response. Extremely poor customer service.

We’ve move twice in 9 months and used West Country Removals both times - the fact we returned to them should show how reliable and excellent they are! The comma with Sophie was easy, emails replied to quickly. On move day, the team arrives early and got to work quickly and basically didn't stop. They were with us 12hrs for the last move - packed and removal in one day. But were continually happy chaps and worked their socks off. We did not intend to move again - but if we do well use them again.
