Brilliant service, lads who turned up were very helpful and chatty, had a good laugh whilst also getting the job done very fast and without incident. Would definitely use again.

I had three guys turn up for the removal. They were really friendly and personable and made sure my belongings were moved carefully. They brought covers for my tv and table, mattresses and kitchen table. Everything went really smoothly.

Excellent service. As a single woman it can be worrying having people you don't know in your home. I felt safe and reassured throughout the process. The quote was clear and fair and I was impressed by the online reviews. The movers themselves were excellent, very efficient, clean and friendly and they made me feel safe and reassured. Not at all patronising. Very pleased with the whole process and I would very much recommend.

We compared several removal companies for moving our furniture and other stuff. We decided to go with Knights Move as their quote was in similar range as the other ones (though not the cheapest) and Mike seemed really reliable. We were glad about our choice. Knights Move was very efficient, careful and courteous. The three guys who worked on the day were not only hard working, but also jolly. There were several hiccups - e.g. the truck couldn't enter the driveway of the destination address due to a tree branch - but they did not complain about it. Very good experience overall and will definitely consider availing their service in future

Professional, personable, experienced, reassuring & more. Right from the initial consultation Mike was reassuring, understanding and was not phased by the amount of possessions we have or the fact that some of these items were unusual and did not necessarily fit into a box. Once the quote and the removal date was agreed Mike continued to maintain contact. He called on the morning as agreed before the Team Leader Ty called to say they would be with us shortly. This had been agreed previously and was very reassuring. Ty and his 5 colleagues were all positive, polite, hard working and humorous. It was a long day but the Team never lost focus and even to the end in the dark were still being very professional. We were impressed with their ability to pack the vans with our assortment of unusual items. Nothing was too much trouble and Ty consulted with us during the day. All the men had a wonderful sense of humour; they all fully engaged with us during the loading and unloading process. They took a keen interest in some of our possessions which helped with the flow of communication. We were delighted with the Team and the Service they provided. Ty made sure we were happy with the service prior to him and his colleagues driving off. This was followed up the next day by Mike to make sure we were satisfied with the service. Moving brings a range of emotions and our stress levels were high but Ty and his Team made the process much more bearable, for which we are very grateful. We would recommend Knights Move to everybody for their honesty, genuine quote and for their professionalism.
