All inspections are carried out personally by the Malcolm Rand who qualified as a surveyor in 1987 and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We don’t delegate our work to inexperienced junior members to ensure the service you receive is of the highest quality.

Having had a negative experience with the surveyor on my own property I was delighted with the service from Malcolm Rand. Professional, helpful - as easy as possible from end to end and a report that I could clearly understand at the end of it. Perfect.

Mr. Rand was quick to get to the property and very thorough. The whole turn around time was about a week from initial contact to the report arriving. After the survey, I contacted him to clarify a couple of issues, and he was very helpful and explained things to our satisfaction. I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

My first contact with Malcolm was by phone and he was friendly, very professional and clear. Within a few days and after Malcolm had arrange the survey, we were gazumpted on the price. We decided it prudent not to continue with the purchase and informed Malcolm. He was a total gentleman, sympathized and said that he would arrange a total refund of the fee which he did the same day. If only everyone in business, and life, were as honest and straightforward as Malcolm! Cannot recommend highly enough. Roger Davies.
