Nick was quite difficult to reach over the phone, although he promised the report in 48 hours he did not keep the promise and sent it after 3 days only because i was chasing that. Overall it was good value for the money, but still he should return the calls of his customers at least on the same day.... first 4-5 days i was only able to leave him missed calls or send him emails.

I advised the customer that I was away in Spain and could only communicate by email and not on the phone. The report was sent very quickly considering that and the fact that waiting times for surveys at present can be up to 4 weeks. I agreed to carry out the survey at short notice due to the urgency of the case.
