I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rightsurv. The full survey was done quickly and the report received the next working day. It was a very comprehensive report. I would strongly recommend talking through the report with Barry, a service which was offered at no extra cost. It really helped us to understand the document and the information in the survey. Rightsurv were excellent. Barry Middleton is an expert in this field which showed in the quality of the home buyers report we were provided. He spent at least 4 hours at the property during his inspection. The turnaround time of less than 24 hours was impressive, some company’s we were considering took 3-5 days to produce anything . Excellent service. You can see Barry is passionate about what he does, extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in full explaining building terminology and jargon. Really great, can't recommend enough. Survey was organised very quickly - I had the report within a few days of first contact, but it was still thorough and detailed. Barry was then kind enough to spend time talking through it. It is obvious he has a wealth of experience. Very professional and really nice people!

We are first time buyer and so have to really learn everything as it happens, being a cautious person and risk averse, we spend a lot of time reading how to find the right surveyor etc, but to be honest, at the end, it still feels like a wild guess at best, plus we do not have any friends who can recommend us one they've used before. I initially decided to go for a full building survey, just to cover everything in the hope this would help us, Barry called after I requested the quote and speaking in total honesty and with his experience and local knowledge, recommended the homebuyer report will serve our purpose fine, it turned out to be absolutely right. Barry and Anne managed the booking with estate agent on my behalf and the report was emailed to me on the same evening the visit was done. The next day, Barry called me and what an amazing service! He has thoroughly went through all the areas and explained to me in great details about various bits and pieces and what they meant for us as a buyer, in plain English and nothing was rushed through, I must say Barry's service has really cemented our confidence in going ahead with the purchase, without of which we will be unsure of what we are paying into, and the survey itself really is something worth paying for, especially for people like us, who have not much knowledge regard buildings and the implications things might have for us as a potential owner. We had an urgent requirement to survey a property and after looking at a number of websites, I knew I wanted somebody local, able to react quickly and knowledgeable with a great wealth of experience. After finding Rightsurv on this site, I requested a quote on a Saturday afternoon and by the evening, had agreed a price, spoken to the surveyor (Barry), and even arranged the survey with the vendor! Amazing service!! Report was delivered back same day and was hugely detailed. Barry spent nearly 4 hours at the property, which is only of average size. Then spent another hour talking me through the main points of concern. Fantastic service, cannot rate highly enough!!
